The Indiana Pacers led nearly the entire way until Daequan Cook's coast to coast layup beat the buzzer, giving the Chicago Bulls the a lead at the end of the third quarter they wouldn't relinquish. The Pacers fell behind by eight with 90 seconds remaining, the Pacers offense sputtering to the finish line before George Hill had the team's final seven points to draw them within three before Paul George's game tying attempts fell short.

Paul George led the Pacers with 23 points and 11 rebounds as four Pacers reached double figures. Roy Hibbert had 18 & 12. Indiana's defense couldn't come up with the necessary stops and the Bulls were sparked by their bench to get the extra effort they needed to come away with the win. Luol Deng led Chicago with 20.
