The Indiana Pacers had the day off on Sunday as they prepare for another pair of games to start the week beginning on Monday night in Cleveland where they will face the Cavaliers minus Kyrie Irving. The Pacers then return home to take on the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night as they try to put their back-to-back losses on Friday and Saturday behind them.
While the Miami Heat race away from the rest of the Eastern Conference, the Pacers have been able to maintain second place. The Pacers caught a break while chilling in Cleveland on Sunday when the New York Knicks continued their slide by losing to the Los Angeles Clippers. Meanwhile, the Atlanta Hawks beat the Brooklyn Nets to keep the Nets from drawing closer to third place.
All the Pacers have to do is shake themselves and get back to taking care of business with five games left before they make their final trip out West. But the most important game on the schedule is the one tonight in Cleveland.
