Halftime score: Pacers trail to Pistons 41-38

Despite a rousing first quarter effort where Paul George led the Pacers to a 15 point lead, the Pistons flipped the script on a 25-9 quarter to take a three point advantage into the break. The Pacers shot just 4-19 from the field in the second quarter and let up a 10-0 run to end the half as the Pistons head into the locker room in control of the contest. Indiana trails for the third time in fourth games at the break, and really set themselves up to fail with the poor second quarter, as the bench wasn't able to protect the lead.

Turnovers were a big talking point heading into the game for both teams, and Detroit is winning the battle with only eight as Indiana has given it away nine times. Indiana has only managed to get to the line twice, both misses by Roy Hibbert. Lance Stephenson has three turnovers in a sluggish five point effort on 2-9 shooting. George has been the highlight with 12 points on 5-6 shooting. C.J. Watson has six as the main support for the Pacers and Solomon Hill leads the bench scoring with five.
