According to reports from Detroit, the Pacers will be without starting point guard George Hill for the second consecutive game. Hill's sore hip will keep him out of the lineup against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday night, according to Brooke Olzemdam.
George Hill out, CJ Watson in. Good shootaround. Guys in a good mood, perhaps because @ianmahinmi is a year older today. Happy bday Ian!

As we mentioned earlier, the Pacers have a busy and tough slate of games this week and the team hopes an extra day of rest will give Hill a chance to play on Wednesday when the Chicago Bulls show up at the Fieldhouse. Reserve point guard C.J. Watson will remain in the starting lineup where he did a nice job defending Kyrie Irving on Saturday. Tonight he'll have to chase around Brandon Jennings with Donald Sloan assuming the extra reserve minutes.
Oh, and Happy Birthday, Ian!
