Paul George summed up Roy Hibbert's impact on W No. 9 for the Pacers following the game last night.
"Our probability of winning that (any) game should be 100%," George said when asked about Hibbert. "When Roy's playing at that level, offensively he's a load and defensively, still remaining the best defensive big in this league -- we really have a great shot at winning."
That's a fact. Hibbert left the game once the outcome was put to bed while needing just two blocks to finish with a triple-double for the night. Following the game, Hibbert paid the missed opportunity no mind, stating that hunting for stats late in the game to accomplish such a milestone just makes a player look selfish.
Besides, Chicago is next on the schedule and Hibbert emphasized that turning his attention to the Bulls was more important anyway.
The Pacers should have the full attention of the Bulls but it would simply be out of character for this Indiana team to show up at the UC on Saturday night not dialed in and ready for a rumble with their Central Division rivals.
