Pacers Links: Pacers, Rockets arrive in the Philippines to begin Global Games experience

The Pacers and Rockets arrived in Manila on Sunday to much local fanfare as they prepare to play the first NBA game in the Philippines on Thursday.

After an 18 hour commute from Indianapolis via Anchorage, Alaska, the Indiana Pacers arrived in the sunny climes of Manila, Philippines on Sunday which was actually Monday...I think. Regardless, the time zone Olympics required to get to Manila is part of the reason the Pacers and Houston Rockets will spend a few days touring the area and practicing before playing the first of two games on their trip together on Thursday.
