The Indiana Pacers moved on from the 'Malaise in Manila' on Thursday/Friday (depending on where you are in the world), arriving in Taipei, Taiwan at 3:00 am local time with a crowd awaiting them at the airport.

Later in the day, a large group of media gathered for a press conference with Frank Vogel, Paul George and Roy Hibbert to begin hyping up their appearance in Taiwan and game with the Houston Rockets on Sunday (1:30am ET).
Unlike in Manila where the crowd was happy to have the NBA in town, the Taipei fans expect to heavily favor the Rockets. Both of Jeremy Lin's parents are of Taiwanese descent which makes Lin a local legend in Taipei which also further explains the scene at the airport. But no doubt, some of those Lin fans will continue following the Pacers after their early-morning encounter.
