The Indiana Pacers play their first second round playoff game in seven years on Sunday afternoon when they play the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Few, if any NBA observers give the Pacers much of a chance, but they aren't playing and the Pacers appear quite confident in their level of play to finish the season and are looking forward to the challenge of taking on LeBron James and Dwyane Wade...oh, and the Heat. It seems like all of the analysis has the Pacers team trying to stop the two stars on the Heat. Really, the Pacers have to make the Heat stop them at the offensive end and then force someone other than James and Wade to beat them at the defensive end.
But forget all of that for now. Let's tip it off!!!
