Amick also reports that, because the Pacers have significant cap room, Fesenko's deal will be well above the veteran's minimum salary. Fesenko had been talking with the Boston Celtics as well, but they could only offer him a minimum contract.
Fesenko has played four NBA seasons with the Utah Jazz, averaging 2.3 points and two rebounds per game over his career. He is 25-years old and listed at 7-foot-1.
The Pacers have room in their frontcourt, especially after 13-year veteran center Jeff Foster retired on Wednesday.
