Pacers Vs. Wizards Game Thread: Indiana Continues Busy Schedule In Washington

26-18 11-34
March 22, 2012 - 7:00PM EST
Verizon Center
Radio: WIBC 93.1FM TV: Fox Sports Indiana
Probable starters:
Darren Collison PG John Wall
Paul George SG Jordan Crawford
Danny Granger SF Chris Singleton
David West PF Trevor Booker
Roy Hibbert C Nene Hilario

The Indiana Pacers are in D.C. tonight to take on the Washington Wizards in the first of four games over the next five days. As the season rolls on, wins continue to become more and more valuable. With the resurgence of the New York Knicks and the Milwaukee Bucks the Pacers need to continue their season-long trend of taking care of wins against teams out of the playoff picture like the Wiz.

Nene Hilario has given the Wizards a jolt of energy so this isn't the same 11-34 team it was a week ago. But depth and defense should favor the Pacers. Roy Hibbert has struggled in his hometown before and with Nene in the middle he will be tested once again. After the bench has been so huge in the last two wins, it would be nice to see the starters carry the team to a win, wouldn't it?

Here is the preview. For a Washington perspective, check out Bullets Forever. Also, after the game check out Pacers Overtime on WIBC 93.1FM with Eddie White. Need to have an Indy Cornrows mention on the show!
