Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger sprained his ankle in the first half of last night's loss to the Miami Heat. After looking at the replays, the injury didn't appear too severe as Granger made his way back to the locker room.
Granger was unable to return and after the game Frank Vogel mentioned that he would plan to play the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight as if Granger wasn't going to be available which would mean starting Dahntay Jones. Granger traveled with the team and according to Krissy Myers hasn't been ruled out for tonight's opening tip.
Granger will be a game-time decision for tonight's game at Cleveland, Hill and Foster are out

After the effort on Tuesday night against the Heat, I'd say the full roster is a game-time decision against the Cavs. Hopefully they decide to show up, show some pride and show that edge they played with earlier in the season when they were able to win games without shooting the ball well.
