The Indiana Pacers shot 60% against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first half, but trail thanks to 21 Thunder free throw attempts. The Thunder were lethal offensively early in the second quarter, forcing Indiana to keep pace as they slowly built a 13-point lead that looked to be the beginning of the end for the Pacers. But Paul George helped lead a 13-0 Pacers run that changed the complexion of the game, giving Indiana a fighting chance at the half.

David West led the Pacers early, with 13 first half points as Lance Stephenson followed up with 10 points on 4-5 shooting. The Pacers played at a high level with the starters with solid defense despite Kevin Martin having 22 points and the Thunder getting the benefit on countless whistles.
