The Indiana Pacers found themselves on the wrong side of a 10-0 run late in the fourth quarter as Andre Miller used a tough call to spark the trailing Nuggets to the win. It was a back and forth game all night, but the Pacers eventually found themselves down seven with a minute to go as Paul George hit a quick three to cut the game to four. Lance Stephenson followed it up by splitting his free throws, and a great defensive effort went to waste as a discombobulated three from George Hill fell short at the buzzer.
The Pacers continued to struggle with turnovers, committing 19, leading to 23 Nuggets points as Denver only had eight for seven Indiana points. Paul George led the Pacers with 22, 6, and 6, as all five starters reached double figures. David West had another double double with 18 & 11 and George Hill had 15 points and 10 assists. The Pacers bench was outscored 55-12.
