Pacers Final Score: Pacers run from Cavaliers 99-89

Indiana used a big second half to top the Cleveland Cavaliers.

David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

In a similar trend to the Indiana Pacers' win over the Cleveland Cavaliers a week ago, the Pacers stepped up defensively to put away Cleveland. Indiana trailed at the half, but were able to get out in transition to outscore the Cavs 55-44 in the second half. Indiana had six players in double figures, including all five starters. Lance Stephenson was a big catalyst with 16 points and seven assists.

Roy Hibbert led the Pacers with 18 points. David West had a 15 & 10 double double and Paul George erased a pitiful first half with 10 points and five steals. Gerald Green had 14 off the bench, but left the game with an ankle sprain and would not return. The Pacers committed 18 turnovers, but were able to force 17. The Pacers had 33 in the third quarter.
