The Indiana Pacers try to push their win streak to three games when they host the San Antonio Spurs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The Spurs will be appropriately dressed for Black Friday as the tip time at the Fieldhouse is at 8 p.m. instead of the normal 7 p.m. to accommodate the traditional tree lighting on the Circle in Indy, a few blocks away from the Fieldhouse.
The Spurs have been battling through a tough schedule of late while playing without Kawhi Leonard (knee) and Stephen Jackson (finger) and play the Pacers in the second of six consecutive games on the road. In their last five games, the Spurs have alternated between winning and losing against some of the NBA's top teams. First they beat the Lakers, then lost to the Knicks, beat the Nuggets, lost to the Clippers and then beat the Celtics in their lastd game on Wednesday.
Appears San Antonio is due for another loss, no? That would be a great feat for the Pacers since they haven't beaten the Spurs in their last ten tries dating back to their last win in April of 2007. This game will wrap up the season series between the two teams. The Spurs rolled over the Pacers, 101-79 in their first meeting near the Alamo in early November.
