The Indiana Pacers are turning things up a notch as they prepare for the NBA regular season to start. When the P's face the Orlando Magic on Friday night, Frank Vogel plans to tighten the rotation to the ten players he expects to play on opening night. Well, almost.
Danny Granger won't be playing and George Hill is a game-time decision with a couple of nagging injuries. Regardless, this game should set a nice baseline for where this team is with a couple of weeks remaining before tipping it off for real.
As for the Magic, they are also dealing with players coming and going due to various states of injury. They will employ a couple of local legends off the bench with Josh McRoberts and E'Twaun Moore expected to play off the bench.
