Jim Boylen has been officially announced as an assistant coach to go along with Brian Shaw and Dan Burke. I couldn't be happier with the coaching staff the Indiana Pacers have put together. They have an "up-and-comer" in Frank Vogel and a very strong supporting cast around him to help him along the way.
Speaking of "up-and-comers" Hoopsworld has a nice article featuring the top 5 promising frontcourts. Their criteria is 5 or less years of experience and they are basing it on what they have seen and potential. Look who rolls in at #4 on the list...Tyler Hansbrough and Roy Hibbert! They even mention the fact that the Pacers may look to fill the PF with a starter in the form of a David West-type player. However, even without any additions, they see these two young players as some of the most promising in the game (as a tandem).
After the jump, check out the links of the day, including Jalen Rose continuing to make a difference off the court...
