At some point in the final quarter of the season, the Indiana Pacers have to come up with the unexpected on the positive side. Beating Dallas or Oklahoma City in the first two games of the current three-game road trip certainly would've qualified. With an honest appraisal, a win tonight against the Houston Rockets would also qualify as unexpected, although not as big a surprise.

The Rockets will be rested and ready to host the Pacers tonight, but you can throw out the road weary excuse for the Pacers. Yes, this will be the fourth game in five nights for the Pacers, but Frank Vogel is spreading the minutes out so much I don't think any players will turn down a chance to play.

Like the Pacers, the Rockets appear to rely on their bench to do some of the heavy lifting. With Brad Miller, Courtney Lee and Goran Dragic leading their second unit, the Goon Squad will get a pretty good test tonight.

Here is the preview.
