IC Cold Links: Pacers take on Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire, take 2

The Indiana Pacers came out strong at the beginning of Sunday's game against the New York Knicks, which has become an abnormality of late.  Although it is become rare, it is absolutely crucial for Tyler Hansbrough, Roy Hibbert and Darren Collison to come out with the same mentality and be the aggressor.  The Knicks have too much fire power, including Amare Stoudemire, Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups, to allow them to get rolling.

Danny Granger is a game time decision, while his strep throat is still lingering.  Dahntay Jones will start in his place again if Granger is out again.  Jones did a great job (although, Anthony wouldn't necessarily give him credit) on Anthony Sunday and can be a pest while guarding him all game.

The Pacers still have the 8th seed, but the Charlotte Bobcats are winning enough to stay right there with them.  Any wins the Pacers can grab this week are needed.  The Bobcats don't play until tomorrow, against the Houston Rockets.
