The Indiana Pacers will try to keep a good thing going tonight when they host the Minnesota Timberwolves at Conseco Fieldhouse.
A recent spate of injuries has had a strange impact on the Timberwolves. Michael Beasley and Darko Milicic recently joined Luke Ridnour as key players sidelined for Minny, all missing the past two games. Of course, Minnesota won both games, posting impressive road wins over Houston and New Orleans. Freshly-minted All-Star Kevin Love led the way scoring 47 points and grabbing 31 rebounds combined in the two wins.
Love will certainly test the Pacers' power forward combo of Josh McRoberts and Tyler Hansbrough, as well as the recent rebounding advantage the Pacers have had over opponents.
