The Indiana Pacers are on the road tonight to take on the New Orleans Hornets sans Chris Paul. Paul had knee surgery two weeks ago and is expected to miss 2-4 more weeks before returning.
The Pacers should find a motivated Hornets team tonight as they try to hold their playoff hopes together until their All-Star point guard returns. New Orleans is 3-5 without Paul and currently three games out of a playoff spot in the Western Conference.
On the other hand, the Pacers have only math to thank for their playoff hopes. Instead the team needs to take advanatage of every game as an opportunity to improve and develop for the future. This can be boiled down to a couple of simple request for the rest of the season. Feed Roy and free A.J.
Bruno's Scouting Report focuses on the doughnut the Pacers have posted in the win column on the road this year against teams with at least a .500 record or teams from the Western Conference. Happy Friday, everybody!
