The Indiana Pacers should expect a full house tonight at the Fieldhouse when the Los Angeles Lakers make their annual visit. For the Pacers, that means trying illicit more cheers from those fans than Kobe Bryant and the Lakers who find plenty of support on the road.
Andrew Bynum returned to action last night for the Lakers and is expected to be available tonight despite the back-to-back games. Bynum missed the first part of the season while recovering from knee surgery. The Lakers are loooonnnnnggggg and the addtion of Bynum adds more length and athleticism to the Lakers' aresenal.
The Pacers have bigger worries than the recovering Bynum tonight though, with Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol looking to avenge the loss the Pacers handed them a few weeks ago in L.A. Danny Granger is expected to return for the Pacers and he and the rest of the team will need to improve on their recent level of play. Catching fire with one of their hot shooting nights wouldn't hurt either.
Around tip time I will be awaiting the start of my boys' school holiday program. While there's no place I'd rather be, I'll be looking for some updates in the comments on how things are playing out.
