The Indiana Pacers hit the road for the back-half of back-to-backs when they take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Your guess is as good as mine for the starting lineup, so I'll stick with the 12th diffferent version used by Jim O'Brien last night. Troy Murphy isn't expected to play and Tyler Hansbrough can't fly with his inner ear issues, so he won't be available either.
After extending a huge first half effort last night and then hanging on to beat Minnesota, the Pacers will have to rely on everyone available to produce once again. Energy, ball movement, player movement combined with some patient half-court play through Roy Hibbert in the post to give the Pacers a winning formula. We'll see if they can maintain that style of play twice in a row. The Knicks have played well of late, so the short-handed Pacers will need to play their best to be in it to win it at the end of regulation.
I was hoping to catch a little Jonathan Bender tonight, but according to Bruno's Scouting Report he's questionable with a sore left leg (I know, stunning).
