Well, the report wasn't an April Fool's Day joke, State Sen. Luke Kenley did reveal his plan today to close the projected $47 million dollar deficit for the Capital Improvement Board (CIB). The plan calls for gathering cash from many sources including $5 million from the Pacers which would end up saving the team $10 million a year for their current costs of running Conseco Fieldhouse. Sounds like much of the opposition is resigned that something close to this plan will pass.
