UPDATE: Bruno reports that both Mike Dunleavy (knee) and Jeff Foster (back) will sit out tonight and tomorrow to give their injuries more time to improve with the All-Star break this weekend. Also, Marquis Daniels will suit up but probably won't play.

Never say, never with the Indiana Pacers so you might as well tune in to see if they can come up with another great effort to earn a W against another elite NBA team in the Cleveland Cavaliers. Among the elite the Pacers have taken down once this year are the Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers and Orlando Magic. Those are three of the top four teams in the league with the Cavs second among the top four.
Like the Pacers, the Cavs are short some depth with point guard Delonte West and shooting guard (and notorious Pacer killer) Sasha Pavlovic out with injuries. That leaves Wally Szczerbiak starting at shooting guard which instantly puts him as the most-likely Cav to have a season-high scoring night. That's just how the Pacers roll these days.
The Pacers are suddenly limping into the All-Star break with Mike Dunleavy and Jeff Foster joining Marquis Daniels on the list of players not expected to play. While that should free up plenty of time for Roy Hibbert and Brandon Rush, it certainly doesn't make for a promising scenario to pull off the upset.
Here are the Pacers.com Matchups and Video Preview. JOB has some positive comments about Danny Granger's knee, mentioning that he's in the recovery stage and responding well to the minutes he's been playing. JOB also hopes LeBron has the flu tomorrow.
