Peter Vescey continues to stoke the Pacer coaching rumors. Before long he'll have mentioned every possible candidate which should help his odds of claiming his insider info was accurate.
According to Uncle Buck on Pacers Digest, in an interview earlier this evening, Vescey said the Pacers only planned to interview four coaches. Obviously, Sam Mitchell is on the list. But, a couple of new name surfaced in Brian Shaw and Bulls assistant, Jim Boylan. The fourth was unknown, leaving PV a little cover.
Can't say these names get me excited, but until we know who is coaching and more importantly, who will be playing, it's hard to get too excited about anything. As long as the new coach is strong, tough, and consistent with players 1-15, it will ultimately be up to the talent to perform.
