Nigel from Spinal Tap understood the value of eleven, but couldn't quite make the case for it's elevated value over ten. The Pacers made their eleventh straight loss look pretty normal, too. After all, eleven is such a painless number. You're already past the shock of double figures making eleven seem slight because really, it's just two ones.
The Pacers succumbed to their eleventh straight loss in a row by not being able to stop the Wizards from scoring at will. Pretty simple, really. Here's the recap.
Big ups to Jermaine O'Neal for making a last second decision to play. Somehow, J.O. is finding a way to get on the court despite obvious knee problems, yet Marquis Daniels can't shed the businless casual wear for a uni. Jamaal Tinlsey also missed the game, this time due to injury not idiocy.
Sorry the bitterness is flowing. I know Arenas simply had it going in the second half and there's not much you can do when he goes off. Plus, I know the loss is a good thing, but it just doesn't feel like it. Especially after watching the Mavs and Suns play an epic double OT game. After following the current Pacers, Dallas and Phoenix were literrally playing a game with which I was not familiar.
