Here's the surveilance video from the Conrad Hotel on Sunday morning when Tinsley's group arrived. Not many revelations from the video that haven't already been reported. Although, if the brothers and friends began chasing the gunmen three minutes after they drove off, I can't see how they caught them in time to fire a round off around Monument Circle.
