Dunleavy Fan from out West

Hang in there Mike!

Star-divide

I'm a Warriors fan who was frustrated but appreciative of Mike Dunleavy's efforts while he was with the Warriors.

I hope he keeps up his improvement.  I've always thought that he just needed others to get him the ball in the right place and for him to get comfortable.  I watched the W-Pacers game last week and he looked like a completely different player, confident with the ball and stroking the J.  Defensively, he's not quick, but he knows where to be and SJax was not able to totally abuse him.

Good luck!!  (But not on Weds. when the W's are in town)

After Sunday I didn't
think I'd ever hear a Dub's fan compliment Dun. His game is far from perfect but he's been huge for the Pacers this year. I can't believe all the animosity toward the guy remains. Time to turn the page.

You know what cracks me up
Murphy is the real difficult player to swallow for me. You can see Dunleavy's talent and plays it like it often enough to see why he went 3rd overall. Murphy is always hurt, and essentially translated one good overall year, where he wasn't hurt as much as normal, into a totally undeserved contract. Dunleavy just never fit into any coach's system that he played for in GS.

I also agree that it's time to turn the page. I think Warriors fans love their anger. That's just a personal opinion though.

When the tough get going the going gets Cornrows.

I'm in the Minority
All the complainers boo him because he was the 3rd pick overall.  So what?  It wasn't his fault.  He went where they selected him.  My view was he tried hard out there and never whined about getting out or "going to a winner."  I respected that more than anything.
