Tom from Sactown Royalty selects Rudy Fernandez for the Kings. Apparently, Rudy wasn't plan A but Tom finds the bright side of adding the Spaniard to the Kings.
With the 28th pick, the Kings flip off the Jazz and the Nets. Then, the Kings select Rudy Fernandez from Spain. Fernandez provides instant offense off the bench for the Kings, something severely lacking in 2006-07. He's developed enough that he should be able to contribute substantially next year, versus some of the other more raw prospects available.
