A lot of finger pointing and blame aimed at Hibbert is misplaced. Since just before the all star break it has been evident the league figured out the Pacers and changed their attack. Spread offenses with 3 guard sets bring Roy out of the paint and open up the lane. Fast ball rotation involving the 5 man leaves shooters open for threes. Not rocket science, but obviously Vogel was slow to adapt. Hibbert still has a place, only Indy needs to keep other matchup rotations ready when faced with nontraditional small ball, and the Hawks are giving them fits because that is the only ball they can play. I mean Roy has never been an offensive juggernaut by any means, nor a rebounding monster, A headcase he is, so with all the finger pointing and looking for an excuse for the dismal post all star record, the blame put on him is overrated. Failure to adjust has been the fault of the coaching. I like Vogel, and hopefully the light hasn't come on too late and he gets by Atlanta on Saturday.
