The Pacers spent a good chunk of Sunday watching film and practicing in preparation for Game 2 against the Hawks on Tuesday.
While Frank Vogel joked around his answers to what he has in store for Game 2, all indications point to a few changes to alter the matchups with Atlanta. Most obvious among those would be to have Paul George try to smother Jeff Teague on the point to disrupt Atlanta's offensive attack which saw Teague skate into the lane early and often in Game 1.
Of course, altering the defensive game plan only addresses the problems at one end of the floor. No doubt the Pacers gave a clunker effort when things went bad in Game 1, but even if they dial up their level of play, the Hawks remain a challenging matchup. Atlanta appears well aware of this fact considering the confidence they play with against the Pacers.
