The Indiana Pacers heard their share of boos after getting beaten at home by the San Antonio Spurs on Monday while failing to score over 80 points for fifth time in six games.

So the low bar of shooting better than 40 percent and scoring more than 80 points has been set, although that probably won't be enough to beat the Pistons, as team that has given the Pacers problems all year, even when Indiana was the best team in the NBA. Then March happened.

Of course, the Pistons' don't want to hear any complaining from the Pacers about March after they finished the month with a 4-12 record which included an OT loss to the Pacers at the Palace. The Pacers showed some life that night making a valiant comeback from what has become a typical horrid start to force overtime where they put away the win.

Just what the Pacers will show against the Pistons is hard to figure. With so much drama floating around the team and stories of various levels of truth emerging to cloud the environment at the Fieldhouse, nothing would clear the air better for the Pacers than an offensive outburst and win on their home floor.
