Pacers final score: Pacers close strong against Celtics 102-97

Paul George had 25 and Evan Turner had 17 as Indiana comes from behind to beat Boston late.

The Indiana Pacers found themselves reeling against a surging Boston Celtics team that used runs of 8-0 and 9-0 to take a 78-76 lead into the fourth quarter. Kris Humphries scored 11 of his 18 in the quarter as Boston kept from falling behind, leading 90-88 with 5:54 remaining. From there, the Pacers finally found some defensive presence, forcing the Celtics to blank from the field for the next five and a half minutes.

In the meantime, Paul George helped push the Pacers into the lead, hitting a huge three pointer with 1:15 left to put Indiana up five and help seal the win. George had a team high 25, coming up late despite struggling in the second half. Evan Turner had a big second half, keeping the Pacers in the game in the fourth, scoring 17 points on 8-14 shooting. Lance Stephenson had 16 points, nine rebounds, and six assists as David West scored a quiet 12. Roy Hibbert had another solid night offensively, scoring 15. Luis Scola had eight off the bench. Jeff Green lead the Celtics with 27 while Rajon Rondo had an 11 point, 11 assist double double.
