Silver: Age limit, wanting to raise it to 20

Saw this link on another site, and found it interesting:

http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/02/07/will-there-be-a-change-to-the-nbas-age-limit/

Basically, it is talking about getting rid of the one and done stuff in college basketball, more or less. This would encourage more kids who enroll in college to stay for more than one year, some would be staying for 2 and a half years and even more could be staying for 3 years if they enrolled early. With the NBA the thought process is that this would encourage kids to more actively pursue other avenues to the NBA, such as the D-League and going overseas. There are always some kids who do this anyways, Brandon Jennings and Jeremy Tyler jump to mind, but some kids just don't like the college route, but go that way anyways since it is just one year. The NBA has been looking to improve and expand the D-League for years now, and this would help them to do that.

What is everyone else's take on it?
