Just when we thought Bird was done for the year, I believe the Scola move will be the difference maker. Assuming the Pacers will get to go head to head with the Heat for the best in the East, Scola will be the difference maker. Tyler was an aggravating presence for the Pacers, if he could have hit a jumprer, or made an add one, he would still be a Pacer. What Scola lacks on defensive will be more that made up on offense. The Heat will be playing Bosh at the PF spot, and I think Scola is capable of matching up with Bosh's outside game, While bosh will not match up with Scola's inside game, causing Miami matchup issues. Boris Diaw did it last year for the Spurs. The more competent bench will keep the opposing teams scrambling for defense and I look for the bench to not only hold a lead, but extend it. If Granger is healthy, Pacers are unmatchable.
