Pacers Final Score: Heat roll Pacers 114-96

Gregory Shamus

Miami had everything firing in their Game 3 win over Indiana, retaking the series lead at 2-1.

The Miami Heat were clicking on all cylinders and came away with an unquestioned Game 3 victory over the Indiana Pacers. The Heat had their best half of playoff basketball in franchise history, scoring 70 points on 63% shooting, but even when the Pacers defense made a slight improvement in the second half, Indiana's offense took a dive, allowing Miami to cruise to the comfortable win.

Things really couldn't have broken better for Miami. Udonis Haslem was 8-9 from the floor, Chris Andersen continued to hit everything, and coupled with LeBron James living on the post up game for 22. James's dominance inside opened up things for everyone around him to have themselves a night with all five Heat starters reaching double figures. For the Pacers, Roy Hibbert had 20, David West with 21, and George Hill 19, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with Miami's offense.
