Danny Granger returned, the Pacers finished off the Pistons for the season series sweep.

Struggles with turnovers early put the Indiana Pacers in a tough spot despite a quick start against the Detroit Pistons. The early turnovers, as part of 20 on the night, took away numerous opportunities for Indiana despite a 10-0 start to the game. The Pacers finished the half start strong despite falling behind early in the second quarter and used that slowly built their way to a 20-point lead in the fourth quarter. The Pacers played elite level defense, holding the Pistons to 33.8% shooting.

Detroit made some plays late to pull within 13, but that was as close as they'd get as the Pacers won their fourth straight. Danny Granger returned to action, scoring just two points on 1-10, showing expected rust despite getting some good looks. The Pacers were a bit timid tonight trying to figure out how to involve Danny, something that will hopefully smooth over as he gets re-acclimated with his teammates. David West's third quarter helped at a crucial stretch in the game as part of his 16. George Hill led the team with 17 as five Pacers reaching double figures.
