This article has a whole new solution for tanking. Every team will eventually get a number one pick, and the picks rotate after 30 years. This new proposal is interesting, and brings up a lot of questions, and I don't see it working. If the Bobcats have the #1 pick and the Lakers have it next year, a player could purposely stay at school a year longer just to ensure him landing on the Lakers. It also doesn't weed out bad GMs, as everyone has an equal chance. What do you guys think?
