The Indiana Pacers have been able to control the first half against a depleted Milwaukee Bucks roster, piecing together a nice defensive effort in the second quarter to limit Milwaukee to 37. The Pacers have led a majority of the way, but using a smothering 9-0 run late in the second quarter to push the lead into double figures. Indiana held Milwaukee to 16-53 shooting, a cool 30.2%. Milwaukee has gotten 19 extra attempts thanks to 12 offensive rebounds.
Roy Hibbert has played extremely well, scoring a game high 14 while also grabbing seven rebounds and getting five first half blocks. Lance Stephenson has been explosive with his nine, attacking the Milwaukee defense. George Hill has seven points, including great awareness on the final bucket of the half. Luis Scola and David West each have six. The Bucks have struggled to find offense, but have gotten 11 from O.J. Mayo.
