Uncle Reg will return to the FIeldhouse for the Pacers first national TV game of the year.
The Indiana Pacers will finally make their national television debut for the current NBA season on TNT next Thursday when the host the New York Knicks. The Pacers' game against the Boston Celtics on Friday was originally scheduled for ESPN but those plans were scrapped because you just can't get enough Miami Heat, so the four letter is showing Miami against Chicago instead.
Whatever.
At least when TNT rolls into Indy next week they are bringing Pacers Hall of Famer Reggie Miller with them, according to Pacers PR guru David Benner.
Hall of Famer Reggie Miller returns to the Fieldhouse next Thursday as TNT analyst. Good to have both Reg and TNT back. Been a long time.

Always appreciate the subtle digs DB can deliver, here offering a 'been a long time' to both the NBA's national TV coverage of the Pacers and Miller for making a rare local appearance. Of course, Benner is used to taking verbal jabs at Miller since he did so, nose-to-nose (or chest), as a part of Reggie's pre-game routine.
