I know people are going to blast my post,but im fed up. We(the Pacers)are NOT going to improve our record, nor will we be higher than the fourth seed. The Knicks, the Nets, The Sixers(with Bynum),and THE CELTICS have improved past us. The Sixers now will play Spencer Hawes at the 4 making us the smallest out of the teams I mentioned other than the Celtics. Lets look at match ups. NewYork, wins at the 1spot, we tie at the 2, they win the 3, 4, 5. NewJersey wins at the 1,2,and tie at the 5 also Wallace does a great job on granger so the 3 isnt a complete lock for us. We can challenge PHILLY and Boston but Boston win at the 1,3 and at whatever position kg plays. IM NOT GIVING UP ON US BUT THE TEAMS IN QUESTION ALL GOT BETTER DEFENSIVELY AND BIGGER while we lost offensively even though we got bigger. I think Augustine will be great for us but he and Gerald Green just aint enough, and now that Bynum is in the east, Roy will fall to Maybe the third best 5 behind Bynum and a healthy Chandler. Granger is the 4th best sf in the east behind Lebron,Carmelo and Josh Smith. I just see a lot of teams stacking up and i dont think we realize that. Im still with indy but big or small market, winning teams take risks to win and since weve never won its time we stop pretending this formula is working. DONT BLAST ME TOO HARD.
