Going into this offseason the Pacers seemed poised to add one or two pieces to become legitimate championship contenders. That didn't happen. Instead, they seem to be only marginally better than they were at the end of last season. The difference is, now they have no cap space. Miami, meanwhile, has added Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis which seems to make them an even bigger favorite to repeat. Is anyone else disappointed by how this offseason turned out?
