Every Nets fan is DEVASTATED that Gerald Green won't be returning to the Nets to take his talents to Brooklyn. We wanted him back so badly, but the CBA rules don't allow use to offer his a contract greater than $1.19 million a year. He is more than a fan favorite in New Jersey and Brooklyn, he's just different. If Nets could offer him more than they can there is no doubt he'd be in Brooklyn. But everyone here is like "Huh? Gerald Green? Who the hell is Gerald Green? WTF he was in the D-League last year, I don't him playing! I want him rotting our bench. He sucks." You ungrateful mofos. You don't how lucky you are to have Gerald Green. His dunks are INSANE. If he doesn't get over 25 mpg in Indy, there will be outrage! He literally has ATLEAST 1 jaw dropping dunk a game. He's one of the funnest players to watch in the league, so ENJOY IT!
