Favorite Reggie Memory...

In honor of Reggie's induction to the Hall of Fame, I figured a good first post for this long-time reader would be to honor Mr. Pacer Reggie Miller. So Pacer Fans the question is,what is your favorite Reggie Memory and why? Some of the obvious choices may be the 8 points 9 seconds, 25 point quarter, Knicks rivalry, etc. Those are all good, but curious as to what other ideas or memories fans have of Reggie's time. Reggie is personally my all-time favorite Pacer, he brought a swagger to the team that we just never had in our NBA existence.

Aside from the battles against the Knicks (which are probably my favorite, Hicks vs. Knicks), I would say that the double 40 point games Reggie and Jalen put up on the Sixers in the 2000 playoffs was a favorite of mine. I attended the game with my dad, which makes any sporting event that much more special in my opinion. This was the NBA Finals team, not our best team in my opinion, but they were the group to have the stars align and put it all together en route to the finals. I loved watching Reggie put up the numbers in year 13 of his career and finally move towards that trip to the finals.

Follow up question, who would you like to see induct Reggie? Rik Smits would be fun for the dutch accent and fact that he may show up on his moto-cross bike...Slick with a couple of Boom-baby calls would be fun...Spike Lee and a choke sign anyone? Let me know what you all think...great day to be a Pacer fan, only wish Reggie could give us 1 more game!
