How to fix Hibbert?

What's wrong with Roy. Is it his energy/stamina? Is it just a couple bad games and now his confidence is shattered? Was it playing in the All-star game? Playing with all those Super-athletes made him realize he's just a tall, uncoordinated goofball with no business being a franchise player?

We're talking about long, LONG stretches of REALLY, REALLY bad play, especially offensively, during the same time period of two seasons. Is this just a coincidence?

Maybe he's doing it on purpose. Maybe he knows that any team we face in the playoffs at this point will be as good or better than we are. Maybe he just wants to screw his agent out of some money, save the Pacers some money. Maybe he just loves it here so much that he wants to ensure that the market doesn't price him out of the Pacers price range and he knows we need one more major piece and is trying to save the Pacers some money? Ok. That's silly.

But, what ever is wrong with Hibbert is the primary answer to why we were beating good teams early in the season and now, any team around .500 or above is pretty much a guaranteed 'L'.

How do we fix him? Who's the real Hibbert? Over-achieving fringe All-star? Or tall klutz with no business starting in the NBA?
