The Indiana Pacers will have to play the Miami Heat without reserve guard George Hill on Saturday night due to a sprained left shoulder injured in practice on Thursday. Mike Wells tweets the news along with G3's hopes to play in Orlando.

George Hill miss tonight's game at Miami with a sprained left shoulder. Hill hopes to play tomorrow against the Magic in the land of Mickey Mouse. Hill injured his shoulder when his arm got tangled with Tyler Hansbrough on a drive to the basket in practice at Butler on Thursday. Dahntay Jones will see increased minutes tonight.

Hill's absence will be felt since he has been playing quite well off the bench in a utility back court role for the Pacers. Vogel likely would've had to lean on Dahntay Jones more against the Heat anyway for his size and defensive ability, but without Hill the second unit will need to find someone or three to step up and provide some offensive production.

To make the best of a bad situation, at least the injury is to the right-handed Hill's left shoulder which should help allow him to expedite his return to the court.
