The Indiana Pacers hit the road tonight when they face the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena.

The Pacers are desperate for a win after getting housed by the Miami Heat on Tuesday night for their fourth consecutive loss. Danny Granger left the Heat game early with a sprained ankle and will be a game-time decision, so the Pacers may move Dahntay Jones into the starting lineup at shooting guard and slide Paul George down to small forward.

The Cavs have been dealing with injuries, as well and are equally hungry for a W after dropping their last two games. Rookie point guard Kyrie Irving will return to the starting lineup after missing three games with a concussion. Center Anderson Varejao (fractured wrist) and guard Anthony Parker (strained back) will not be available for the Cavs.
