Fire Frank?

Has Frank Vogel lost this team with all his rah-rah talk and lack of coaching fundamentals?

Something is definitely very, very wrong with this team that was supposed to be turning the corner after years of mediocre (at best) performance. Many of the players seem to have lost their competitive drive and you can't just fire half the team. Supposedly we now have a team of quality players with good attitudes, but it certainly doesn't look that way at all. A few weeks ago EVERYONE was picking this team to have a breakout season, but they now look like they could be the worst Pacers team of the millenium!

Is the obvious answer to fire Frank now and turn the team over to Brian Shaw? It seems making Brian Shaw the interim coach for the rest of the season would be the lowest cost and lowest risk change for this team.
