Why do we never post Tyler up down low and or make any attempt to get him the ball there? His jump shot is gone but we all know Tyler is a foul drawing magnet. Get him the ball down low and let him go to work around the rim. Yes, he will get some shots blocked but pray tell me what is the difference between an occasional blocked shot by Tyler versus just a missed jump shot by some other team mate? Or, have we decided that the only points that matter must be off field goals?
They make no effort whatsoever to get him the ball and Hill actually looks away from Tyler if he sees him. Only Stephenson, and once I saw Paul George
do it, makes any attempt to play with the man on offense. Is it the coaches or what? There was a time in his NBA career when Tyler was a scorer but you don't score much when you are only putting up 2 or 3 shots a game and you seem to have been deliberately excluded from the offense. Let Tyler be Tyler and go to work.
